Admissions are now open. Every application is decided on the basis of the applicant's performance in the entrance tests and the availability of seats.

Who can apply

Three pathways into St Hilda's

Girls' School

Standard I to XII (ISC). A full residential and day education for girls, from the junior years through to college.

Boys' Admission

Admission is open for boys for the senior school. Speak with our office to learn about available places and house arrangements.

ISC — Std XI & XII

Junior college admission into the ISC stream for Standards XI and XII, opening pathways to higher education and beyond.

The Process

How to apply

A clear, considered process designed to find the right fit for every child and family.

Request an application

Submit the application

Applications are made through the school's prescribed format, accompanied by a registration fee, which is non-refundable.

Sit the entrance test

All admissions are decided only on the basis of the applicant's performance in the entrance tests and the availability of seats.

Confirm the offer

On admission, a quarter's fee is deposited as a caution deposit, which is refunded when the pupil leaves and all dues are settled.

Submit documents & enrol

Present the required certificates and complete enrolment. Your child's St Hilda's journey begins.

What to bring

Please have the following ready for your child's enrolment:

  • Transfer Certificate from the previous school.
  • Birth Certificate of the applicant.
  • Medical Certificate of fitness and absence of any infectious disease.

Please note: the school council reserves the right to refuse or terminate admission to any child without assigning reasons.

Fees & Payment

Tuition & fee information

Fees are payable at the time of admission and are charged according to the current year's tariff, which is subject to revision from time to time.

Two separate bills

Two bills are issued separately for tuition and boarding. Each should be settled in a separate draft for the exact amount to avoid debit and credit.

Caution deposit

A caution deposit of a quarter's fee is paid at the time of admission. It is refunded when the pupil leaves and all dues are settled.

Drafts in favour of

All drafts should be drawn in favour of "St Hilda's School". Contact the office for current tariff details and the fee-payment portal.

  • The registration fee paid with the application is non-refundable.
  • Admission is granted strictly on entrance-test performance and seat availability.
  • A quarter's fee is deposited on admission and refunded when the pupil leaves.
  • The school council may refuse or terminate admission without assigning reasons.
